This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Shorts.ge, operated by SHORTSGE ("Shorts.ge", "we", "us", or "our").
Shorts.ge sells prepaid processing minutes that users can use to generate AI-powered Shorts from their own YouTube videos.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, invoices, and refund processing in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Shorts.ge, operated by SHORTSGE, does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive payment card details.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal date.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Submitting a refund request within 14 days does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Digital Service Usage
Shorts.ge provides digital AI-powered video generation services. Because generated videos, downloaded files, processing minutes, and related computing resources are delivered digitally and may be consumed immediately, refund eligibility may depend on how much of the service has already been used.
Refunds may be limited or refused in cases of excessive usage, suspected abuse, fraud, or where the purchased processing minutes or services have already been substantially consumed.
Failed Processing and Technical Issues
If processing minutes were deducted from your balance, but the video was not generated due to a technical issue on our side, please contact us. We may restore the used processing minutes, provide an alternative solution, or support a refund request where appropriate.

- the video you tried to process;
- a short description of what happened.
Cases That May Not Be Eligible
Refunds may be limited or refused for:
- successfully generated videos where the service was delivered;
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated creative results after substantial use;
- excessive or abusive use of processing minutes before requesting a refund;
- delays caused by queue processing or third-party services, where the service is ultimately delivered;
- violations of our Terms of Service;
- suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse.

Refunds, when approved, are generally returned to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
